FAQs

  1. Our classes don’t fill up, but registering ahead of time gives our instructors an accurate idea of how many people to expect to be able to plan accordingly.
  2. Some of our instructors travel 30+ minutes to get to the studio, so if no one is signed up an hour out we can let them know not to come.
  3. If we ever need to cancel a class we can easily reach out to those registered to let them know, and we can take away the option to register online. This avoids people showing for no reason.

If you can no longer make a class you registered for, please either respond to your booking email, call us at 508-852-7625, or email us at worcester@centralrockgym.com. We probably won’t see the email right away, but we can make the adjustments even after the class so we have an accurate count of who attended. You will not be charged for cancelling your class.

If you have one, go for it! We also have a bunch of mats for use, if you don’t have one, or if you forget yours.

We understand that delays happen. You’re welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes after class begins. If you do arrive late, please enter quietly and settle in with as little disruption as possible so those who have already begun their practice can remain focused and present.
