These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of services provided by Central Rock Gym, operated by CRG Opco, LLC, located at:

By accessing our website (https://centralrockgym.com), booking services, visiting our facilities, or otherwise engaging with us (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

Use of our services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Misuse or interfere with our Services, including without limitation, destroy or damage our facilities or physical property, mistreat our staff or other customers, or threaten any such action
  • Use our Services in a reckless manner which can endanger yourself or others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use our content, branding, or materials without permission

Bookings, memberships & purchases

When you purchase or otherwise obtain and use a membership, class, instruction session, event, or access pass (e.g. day pass or punchcard):

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers
  • Additional terms (including membership agreements, participation agreements, and facility policies) may apply

Refunds, cancellations, and billing terms may vary depending on the service and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Assumption of risk & waiver requirement

Climbing and fitness activities involve inherent risks.

By participating in any activities at Central Rock Gym, you acknowledge these risks.

All participants are required to complete a separate participation agreement (“Participation Agreement,” which may sometimes be known as a waiver or liability waiver, or similar term) before engaging in activities. That Participation Agreement governs your participation and supersedes any general language in these Terms related to physical activity.

Facility rules & conduct

You agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines while using our facilities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for:

  • Unsafe behavior
  • Violations of rules or policies
  • Conduct that negatively impacts other guests or staff

Intellectual property

All content on our website, in our marketing communications, on exterior signage, and in, or on, our facilities—including text, images, videos, logos, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Central Rock Gym.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Third-party links & services

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Rock Gym is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
