Accessibility Features

Our website utilizes an accessibility interface allowing users to adjust the UI to their personal needs, as well as an AI-based application that runs in the background to continuously optimize accessibility. Key features include:

Screen-Reader Optimization Our site implements ARIA attributes and behavioral adjustments so blind users can read, comprehend, and navigate effectively. Features include accurate form labels, descriptive icons, validation guidance, and image alt-text generated via object recognition and OCR technology. Screen-reader mode can be activated at any time with Alt+1.

Compatible with: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.

Keyboard Navigation The site is fully operable by keyboard, including Tab/Shift+Tab navigation, arrow key dropdowns, and keyboard shortcuts: M (menus), H (headings), F (forms), B (buttons), G (graphics). Content-skip menus are available via Alt+2.

Browser & Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our website is designed to support all major browsers and assistive technologies comprising over 95% of market share, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge, JAWS, and NVDA — on both Windows and Mac.

Not compatible with: mobile operating systems older than 5 years.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations exist. We are actively remediating the following:

  • Image Alt Text — Some images may lack fully accurate alt-text while our AI model is still in training. Our team is supervising and manually reviewing all alt-text for accuracy.
  • iFrames — iFrames from third-party providers may not be fully navigable by screen readers and may lack visible focus indicators.
  • Header/Hero Images — Alt-text on carousel images may not be recognized by screen readers due to site builder functionality. We are investigating a technical solution and plan to redesign hero sections to reduce reliance on image-based text.
