AcroYoga
Sunday 9:30am – 11am

AcroYoga is a movement practice that combine the presence of yoga, the fitness of acrobatics, and the healing potential of human connections. You will face problem-solving challenges and work on your mutual balance to find your own sense of equilibrium and flexibility. Beginner-friendly all levels class.
No partner required.
Power Yoga
Sunday 11am – 12pm
Instructor: Lindsey
Power Vinyasa is a dynamic, past-paced style of yoga that links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. This energetic class is designed to challenge both body and mind through continuous flow sequences, creative transitions, and intentional breathwork. Expect a vigorous practice that incorporates standing poses, balances, core work, and deep stretches, al set to an empowering rhythm.
Open to all levels with modifications offered, but be ready to sweat, move with purpose, and leave feeling empowered, grounded, and fully alive.
Alignment Yoga
Tuesday 6:15pm – 7:15pm

Based in lyengar yoga, this Alignment class will focus on anatomical alignment and functional movement through yoga postures. Great for those new to yoga, athlete cross-training, or novices wanting to learn more about alignment.
Mobility, Stability, and Antagonist Training
Wednesday 6pm – 7pm
Instructor: Savannah
With a focus on intentional movement and mind-muscle connection, Antagonist Training aims to prevent injuries through balance work and intentional recruitment of muscles that aren’t typically used while climbing.
Vinyasa Flow
Wednesday 7:15pm – 8:15pm
Instructor: Jeremy
This multi-level class will be centered around traditional vinyasa style flows and focus on strength, balance, and mobility. Class will begin with centering breath work and leave options throughout for modifications to turn up or down ones personal yoga practice. New to yoga? No problem, there will be options given throughout for introductory and preparatory poses as well as instruction for using props to maintain alignment. Seasoned practitioner? No problem there either. Class will leave options for progressive work towards inversions, deep backbends, and focused moving meditations.
Vinyasa Flow
Thursday 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Instructor: Isabelle
This all levels Vinyasa class has a special emphasis on building joint mobility in areas climbers need it most. Students will begin with breath and movement, moving through several standing flows, and ending with tension relieving stretches to leave you feeling grounded and ready to master your next climb. This class offers specific movement cues and modifications, so it’s great for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Functional Based Vinyasa
Saturday 8:15am – 9:15am
Instructor: Jeannine
This powerful Vinyasa yoga class combines deep breath work with traditional sun salutations and standing balance transitions. In between each flow are challenging pilates-based core movements to help build a strong core, better spine, and pelvic strength, as well as all around better posture and midline stability.
Balance & Revive
Saturday 10am – 11am
Instructor: Rebecca
This Hatha style yoga class helps you ease into your day while building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Classes are designed to promote body awareness through detailed cues and longer holds to help you feel more limber, balanced, and calm. This is an all levels class with modifications and props guidance as needed.
