Flow & Restore
Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Recovery is calling! This soothing yoga class guides you in movement and yoga postures that ease tension, alleviate soreness and settle your nervous system. You can expect 40 minutes of yoga flow and 20 minutes of restorative postures supported with props, so you can recharge your energy and experience a sense of total relaxation. Leave feeling grounded, re-energized, and ready for your next climb.

This dynamic and invigorating class optimizes your climbing abilities and overall physical well-being by fusing together two powerful disciplines: Functional Movement and Vinyasa Yoga. Every class is crafted to improve strength, mobility, stability, and balance to compliment your climbing journey. Flowing through dynamic movement sequences not only serves as valuable cross-training but also aids in developing greater body awareness, core integration, adaptability, brain-body connection and control. This class is open to All-Levels.

HIIT focuses on incorporating functional based
movements to increase overall cardiovascular endurance, power, and coordination.

Climbing Strength 101
Friday 11:45am - 12:45pm
This specialized class will work to progressively strengthen tendons and grip, increase pulling strength and power, and tackle supplemental training that translates directly to climbing (i.e., hamstring development, climbing specific core work, leg strength, and pushing movements to balance chest and shoulders).
