Class Schedule
Alignment Yoga
Sunday 11:00am – 12:15pm
Instructor: Amanda
This 75 minute Vinyasa flow class focuses on alignment and breath work. Through a scaffolding approach and attention to detail, each class will guide participants toward a better understanding of both common and more advanced postures.
Vinyasa Yoga
Monday 6:45 – 7:45pm
Instructor: Amy
This class focuses on aligning breathe and movement, flowing through sequences that allow you to stretch and strengthen, finding ease and compassion within your whole-self. The flow is taught in a “mandala” style leading you in a circular motion around your mat. This class is open to all levels and abilities.
Mobility & Antagonist Training
Tuesday 5:45 – 6:45pm
Instructor: Julie
This is a circuit-style class beginning with a yoga inspired warm-up followed by a 30 minute full body strength and cardio circuit that offers a balanced approach between resistance training and climbing.
Slow Flow
Tuesday 7:00 – 8:00pm
Instructor: Julie
This class is designed to build strength and improve mobility. You’ll generate heat by holding fundamental poses; improve balance with a focused gaze; and use your breath to maintain a calmness in your body and mind. The slower pace of this class is good for those new to yoga but also allows time for experienced yogis to get into their fullest expression in a pose. Leave feeling radiant and restored. This is a great foundational class to Julie’s Thursday Power Yoga class.
Midweek Flow
Wednesday 12:00-1:00pm
Instructor: Amanda
Check in during the middle of your week with this rejuvenating flow that concentrates on finding ease in the asanas. Each class will move through a series of postures and at times work toward peak poses focusing on strength and mobility before ending in a time of stillness. All levels welcome.
*No Midweek Flow July 8 – August 26*
Balanced Flow (starting 7/8)
Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm
Instructor: Allie
A steady, breath-led flow designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help your body recover. This class moves at a thoughtful pace, linking sequences with time to explore stability, balance, and range of motion
Restorative Yoga
Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm
Instructor: JP
Enjoy a relaxing slow flow mixed with yin and restorative yoga. Focus on yourself and let go through your breathing to let your body open. Class is taught with attention to modifications, making the class suitable for students of all levels and abilities.
Power Yoga
Thursday 5:45-7:00pm
Instructor: Julie
This power yoga class follows the same sequence of poses every week. Initially, allowing students to learn the poses and flow, then continue to deepen into the practice, moving in and out of poses, breathing through the transitions and noticing how they’re showing up – physically, mentally, and emotionally – as the movements become more and more ingrained within their bodies. All levels of experience are welcome.
Acro Yoga Workshops
July TBA
August TBA
Join Eliza and Michaela for a playful, beginner-friendly introduction to acroyoga—a partner-based movement practice that blends yoga, acrobatics, and supported stretching.
We’ll begin with partner stretching to warm up the body, then move into learning the basics of acro: shared weight, balance and counterbalance, and foundational shapes that build strength, coordination, and trust.
The second half of class will be open play, with guided support from instructors and assistants.
No experience required—just curiosity, communication, and a willingness to move with others. Come with a partner or come solo and make new connections through this fun, interactive, full-body practice that feels like play.
Members: $10
Non-members: $25
