Empowerment Flow (All Levels)
This class is designed to cultivate strength and flexibility in both body and mind. We will work towards more challenging poses through a strong and fun vinyasa sequence. Arm balances, regular balances, and inversions are guaranteed in each class as we push gently against what we believe we are capable of achieving. Perfection is not expected, but a sense of humor is suggested. So, roll out your mat and join in the sweaty merriment.

Looking for a longer, more in-depth practice? Join us on the first Sunday of every month for 90 min of yoga. The intention here is to work slowly and intelligently into a more challenging sequence. During this class, we will have the opportunity to break down the poses to make them more accessible over time. Have questions? Bring them. A pose you aspire to? Bring it. Let’s get deeper into the practice together.
