If you’ve ever wondered what goes into the process of forerunning and grading a climb, this is your chance to try your hand at it. We will be discussing the RIC (risk, intensity, complexity) scale, which is a tool that routesetters use to help choose grades.
Join us for this interactive event where you’ll get a chacne to climb a new boulder as it is set and see how it’s tweaked.

If you don’t get a spot, you can still come to observe, but questions and interaction will be limited to the members ho get one of the 20 spots.
All climbing levels are welcome to attend. We do suggest you have at least basic climbing knowledge to the most out of the clinic.
