Climbing Progression Program

Build Confidence on the Wall

Whether you’re learning how to trust your feet, move more efficiently, or finally send that project you’ve been eyeing, our Climbing Progression Program is designed to help you keep growing on the wall, one session at a time.

This technique series breaks down the fundamentals of movement, balance, body awareness, and strategy so you can climb with more confidence, control, and intention.

Details

  • 60 minute class led by our experienced instructors
  • Free for members
  • Ages 13+

Step by Step

Build a strong climbing foundation step by step. Each class introduces new skills that help you climb more efficiently, confidently, and intentionally.

Four Class Program

Take all four classes sequentially for the best experience! Class material builds on the previous class instruction.

Class 1 - Holds

Every climb becomes easier when you start reading the wall differently.

Learn how to recognize hold types, sequence moves more efficiently, and position your body to climb with better control and less wasted energy. This class is all about climbing smarter, not just stronger.

Class 2 - Footwork

Your feet can change everything.

Strong footwork helps you move with more balance, conserve energy, and stay connected to the wall. In this class, you’ll learn how body positioning, center of gravity, and intentional foot placement work together to unlock smoother climbing.

Class 3 - Movement

Climbing isn’t all about strength – it’s about movement too.

This class focuses on how to move fluidly across different terrain while using less energy and staying in control. You’ll explore climbing flow, pacing, and movement patterns that help make hard climbs feel more manageable.

Class 4 - Projecting

Every climber has a project.

Whether it’s one move you can’t quite stick or a route that keeps pulling you back in, projecting is where growth happens. Learn how to break climbs into manageable pieces, experiment with beta, and approach difficult climbs with strategy and patience.

We highly recommend taking the classes in order whenever possible.

Each session builds on movement concepts and techniques introduced in earlier classes, helping you develop stronger fundamentals and a more complete understanding of climbing movement over time.

That said, if you’re unable to attend a specific class, you’re still welcome to jump into another session and keep progressing on the wall.

Yes. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving in advance online or at the front desk.
