Is a lesson is geared towards folks who may not have used a hangboard before or who has minimal experience. We will go over some ways to jump start your knowledge and body to increase finger strength and overall hand health
Hangboarding Essentials
Wednesdays drop-in anytime from 6-8 PM
Is available for 2 hours and it is OPEN to anyone in the gym to come do a group routine. This is a great way to learn more techniques in a group setting.
Those who come for the working group should have some experience using a hangboard but beginners from the Hangboarding 101 encouraged to come!
