Summer Schedule:
Mondays: 5 – 7pm (Skills and Essentials)
Wednesdays: 5 – 7pm (Conditioning)
Fridays: 6:30pm – 9pm (Projecting Session)
Climbers pick 1 session per week to attend. If you need to make up a missed practice you can attend 2 sessions in the same week.
Pricing
- $50 added to your monthly membership cost for 1 month (1x per week)
- $120 for 12 weekly sessions over the summer when purchased before 6/12 . After 6/12 this amount will be prorated according to how many remaining practices there are in the summer session. (Price does not include membership dues.)
Training, Community, & Performance
Adult Team is ideal for climbers of ALL levels, who want to get stronger, learn a ton, and push their climbing to new levels.
Stick to the program this summer by joining our adult team. Meet other climbers at your skill level and climb in a group focused on working hard.
If you love climbing, getting fit, and meeting new people, Adult Team is perfect for you!
Skills and Essentials
Learn the essentials of basic technique and training, as well as belaying and how to lead (when ready).
Mondays: 5 – 7pm
Conditioning
Learn different climbing workouts and basics of lifting.
Wednesdays: 5 – 7pm
Projecting Session
Join others for a focused projecting session with tracked progress and technical and mental training.
Fridays: 6:30pm – 9pm
