Join us for our first Annual Climbing Competition on Sunday, November 16, 2025! Open to both members and non-members
Climbers of all levels are welcome and there will be climbs starting at V0 all the way to V8+, so there’s truly something for climbers of all skill and experience levels and everyone will have a chance of winning a prize!
You’ll have 3 hours to try 40+ brand new boulder problems.
Climbers of all ages are welcome to compete.

Categories
There will be two formats: Redpoint and Maniac. In the Redpoint format there will be the following categories:
- Beginner (V0-V2)
- Intermediate (V2-V4)
- Advanced (V5-V7)
- Open (V8+)
- Masters (45 y.o.a.+)
- Para (Adaptive)
Price
- Early Registration: $50, includes t-shirt on day of the event!
- Registration: $60, includes t-shirt, received on a later pickup date!
Pre-registration ends on Sunday, October 5, 2025. After pre-registration, t-shirts will have to be picked up on a date after the competition.
FAQs and Rules
- You will have 3 hours to try 40+ brand new boulder problems.
- Your final score is determined by your top 5 completed boulders or the amount of total climbs you complete, based on the format you choose to compete in. There will be a selection of sequentially numbered boulder problems with varying difficulty.
- There will be no indication to competitors where the division is between different categories.
- Climb your hardest, enjoy the high energy, and at the end you will find out what category you placed in and how you compared to others in that category.
- Your final score is the sum of your 5 highest problems (including any flash bonuses for those problems only).
- Competitors who participate in the USAC Youth QE on 11/15 may not enter the Redpoint Competition.
- Categories: Beginner (V0-V2), Intermediate (V2-V4), Advanced (V5-V7), Open (V8+), Masters (45 y.o.a.+), Para (Adaptive)
- You will have 3 hours to try 40+ brand new boulder problems.
- It’s a simple, hard-core test of endurance. Put down as many boulders as you can manage. Most sends wins!
- Points are earned by completing a problem from start to finish (must control final hold with both hands). If a hold spins or breaks, step off immediately or the attempt will count.
- Your final score is the total number of problems completed.
- Competitors who participate in the USAC Youth QE on 11/15 may only enter the Maniac Competition.
- Climbers of all ages are welcome
- Competitors who participate in the USAC Youth QE on 11/15/25 may not enter the Redpoint Competition.
Yes! The simplest answer is – if during the majority of your climbing sessions you are able to complete more than 2 climbs that are harder than “your bracket” on a regular basis, you should register for the next bracket up.
However, if you are a V2-V4 climber (for example), and you get lucky with a V5 that just perfectly first your style every once in a while, comfortably register for the Intermediate category.
Spectators are welcome, but we ask that Session 2 competitors do not spectate for Session 1.
We will use our mass e-mail system to notify all participants if they qualified for Finals or placed on the podium, so please make sure the e-mail address you submit with your account is current and correct.
No. We are allowing a maximum of one spectator per participant, but spectators may not make use of any part of the facility.

T-shirt Design 2025
Pre-registered competitors receive their t-shirt on the day of the comp. Those who register after October 5th will have to pick up their comp shirt at a later date. Shirts cannot be shipped and competitors must pick their shirts up in person.
