Coached by Pat D. Strongfirst Instructor SFG2, SFB, FMS2,CWI3, our Adult Team is ideal for climbers who want to get stronger while following structured & progressive programming.
Participants are provided programming for a second self-directed session allowing maximum schedule flexibility. Participants should expect to train on boulders, system boards, and in the weight room.
