The class incorporates principles of yin yoga to strengthen joints and prevent injury. Follow traditional Yoga styles based on foundational yoga principles, alignment, flow, vinyasa, and breath practices. Poses (asana) designed to connect breath with movement (Vinyasa) while increasing strength, flexibility and focus. This class starts with gentle warmup poses and offers a few challenging workout options as we progress through the main practice and end with relaxation and a meditative sequence. *Wednesday class will be moving to CRG Glastonbury beginning October 18th.
