We have a number of group-oriented training classes that can significantly help with refining basic movement and efficiency. For those looking to make a huge leap forward, or want a training program tailor-made to them, or just prefer one-on-one coaching, private lessons are the way to go.
Lessons can go anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, and focus on any aspect of climbing that the customer wishes to improve upon: strength, endurance, technique, mental game, route reading, efficiency, etc, etc.
