Vinyasa Flow Yoga with KaylaWednesdays7:00 – 8:00pmThis vinyasa flow yoga class is designed to build strength and flexibility. The class features sequences of yoga asana which build on one another to assist practitioners to practice mindfulness and breath work.

Fitness classes are FREE for members and $15 for Non-Members (unless specified otherwise), if a climbing day pass has already been purchased fitness & Yoga classes can be added for $5 that day.
Each class has a limited number of spots and pre registration is required, use the calendar below to sign up! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time in order to secure your space. If you’re unable to make it please cancel your booking to allow others to sign-up. |
