Before going forward we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account.
Freezing an account charges a reduced monthly amount of $10 in place of your full monthly dues. This is a great option if you will only be away from the gym for a few weeks to a few months.
Terminating an account eliminates the freeze fee and terminates your membership. Terminated memberships will require a $99 reinstatement fee to start back up in the future, and is only recommended if you will be away from the gym for a prolonged period of time.
If you would like special consideration for your membership status due to discomfort with being in a gym setting at this time and need to make a change to your membership status, please contact your local gym manager.
