Yoga with Stephanie – Strength & SurrenderSunday 11am – 12:15pmCombine strength and flexibility as you learn to balance effort with ease in each pose. Each class is uniquely structured and sequenced, but you can always expect a moderately-paced practice founded on functional movement patterns that balance your whole body. Traditional yoga postures will be refined and variations of familiar postures will be experimented with. Elements of yoga philosophy and techniques in breathwork are blended with asana to generate greater internal awareness and overall well-being. Consider class an opportunity for self-exploration as well as a space to connect with others. Yoga with JP – Restorative YogaTuesday 7pm – 8pmEnjoy a relaxing slow flow mixed with yin and restorative yoga. Focus on yourself and let go through your breathing to let your body open. Class is taught with attention to modifications, making the class suitable for students of all levels and abilities.

Yoga with Amy – Power YogaWednesday 6:15pm – 7:15pmPower yoga is a form of Vinyasa yoga, focusing on building strength and endurance by flowing from one pose to another at a quick pace. Emphasis will be on using your breath – the inhales and exhales – to connect poses together in a sequence. This class is open to everyone, but may include more challenging poses not be suitable for beginners (in which case, alternative options will be suggested). All classes will end with savasana (‘corpse’ or rest pose) to integrate the benefits of the whole (physical, emotional/mental, spiritual) body practice.

This class is designed for all levels and incorporates both traditional yogic practices and western elements. Students will connect their breathing and movements while flowing from posture to posture.
