We will now be offering a weekly guided meditation class Fridays from 7:30pm – 8:00pm when advanced yoga is not in session. This class is free for both members & non-members and is a great tool for people of all ages. Meditation can enhance one’s introspection, awareness, and coping skills, along with overall mental and physical wellness. Meditation compliments climbing, yoga and fitness, tending the mind as well as the body.
