Learn how to prevent climbing injuries and increase range of motion through foam rolling, stretching, and exercises that are targeted to improve overall mobility, stability, and strength. While injuries are likely to occur at some point for any climber, this class focuses on how to avoid them and strengthen your body off the wall. Now offered weekly as a fitness class! *Sneakers are recommended.
