Central Rock Gym has designed these educational technique classes to provide climbers of all abilities with the knowledge, strength training, and motivation needed to progress in the sport of climbing. These classes are for members only and are included in your membership.
Antagonist Training & Technique 2
This class covers more advanced instruction of the other 3 classes as well as the common themes of climbing related injuries. It will educate climbers on training methods and best practices for avoiding injury. While injuries are likely to occur at some point for any climber, this class focuses on how to avoid them and strengthen your body, both on and off the wall.
