Circuit Strength & Conditioning – with Scott
Saturdays : 9:00 – 10:00am
This class is a total body workout designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Circuit training has been proven to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. Instruction will be provided in safely and effectively performing compound exercises, which we will then string together into a heart pounding workout. Move selection and circuit schemes will vary class to class. Whether you’re looking to prevent injury, shed a few pounds, or stay on the wall a little longer, circuit training can be a transformative practice for any trainee.

Central Rock Gym’s bi-monthly meet up exclusively for self-identified women, transgender, non-binary, agender, and genderqueer folk! We invite you to attend and find climbing partners, new friends, and get climbing beta from those with similar techniques – whether you’re new to the sport or have been climbing for decades, we can all benefit from support from other ladies on the walls!
Free for members or $10 with rental gear included for non-members.
Adult Team – with Eric
Tuesdays and Thursdays
The Adult Team will cater to anyone over the age of 18 who is psyched on climbing and wants to learn more and progress. We will meet 1 day a week for 2 hours. Each practice will focus on something different whether it is technique, body awareness, power, power endurance etc. We will have team outings to other gyms and compete in competitions together. If you love climbing and meeting new people then the adult team is right for you! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
