- First Time Climber? We recommend trying climbing with the purchase of a Day Pass (no appointments necessary) before signing up for a technique class. A little prior exposure to climbing makes the technique classes much more beneficial!

Climbing requires a lot of hard work from your fingers, muscles, and joints. Find out how to avoid injuries and train to climb harder, too!
