All Levels Vinyasa Yoga – with LizTuesday5:15 – 6:15pmThis class introduces the fundamental elements of yoga postures and offers opportunities to take the practice deeper for more experienced practitioners. Attention to alignment, active awareness of breath, and strength-building postures are all key aspects of this class. Students will be guided to not only develop physical abilities, but also a powerful sense of self. Class is taught with attention to modifications, making the class suitable for students of all levels and abilities. Location: Yoga Studio

Vinyasa Level 2 Yoga – with LizTuesday6:30 – 7:45pmThis level 2 / intermediate class is for those who have a regular yoga practice, and/or those who would like to deepen their understanding of the 8 limbs of yoga. The class will consist of a short meditation in the beginning followed by asana poses, including a sun or moon salutation flow as well as long, static holds. Expect this class to be alignment focused, supported by pranayama (breathwork). Open to everyone, but may include poses more challenging for beginners. Options are always given for each shape to make it as accessible as possible. Expect to be challenged. Location: Yoga Studio

Core Conditioning Yoga – with LynneWednesday12:00 – 1:00pmThis is a light-hearted, unconventional, and interactive class that will help you build strength and endurance. Through a series of playful and challenging movements, you will strengthen all the core muscles of your body and practice being present and focused. Location: Yoga Studio

Slow Flow & Yin Yoga – with LizWednesday6:30 – 7:30pmThis Wednesday evening class is a blend of paced movement such as moon salutations, a grounded repeated flow, and also includes some static holds. This will be followed by yin poses to help wind down and facilitate a quieter practice. Yin yoga poses are held on the ground for several minutes. The yin sequence is meant to lengthen muscles while placing moderate pressure on connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, and tendon) creating access to the subtle body. This is done in a quiet setting while the teacher offers supportive meditation cues. Expect a short guided meditation in the beginning of the class to help transition you into your yoga practice Class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga for Climbers – with HannahSaturdays9:00 – 10:00amJoin Hannah for a vinyasa-style class with a special focus on mobility and injury prevention for climbers. In addition to practicing traditional yoga shapes, we’ll stretch and strengthen hands and arms in a playful practice of svadhyaya (self study).

Acro Yoga Schedule
Open Level Acro – with LynneThursday4:45 – 6:00pm*This class will begin June 1st.* This class is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. In this class, you’ll learn and practice the fundamental skills of Acro Yoga: basing, flying and spotting. We’ll develop a sense of interdependence, community and fun! No experience necessary – we’ll continue to teach and develop skills each week. Come by yourself or bring a friend. No partner or yoga mat necessary. Location: Yoga Studio
