Intro to Strength
Intro to Strength Training is the perfect introductory class for those who are inexperienced at weight lifting and want to get more comfortable in the gym. The primary lifts, bench press, dead lift and squat, are taught by trained coaches and form is supervised and corrected. Workouts are also built around these lifts to ensure you leave the class feeling a burn.

Function & Flow Fitness Class
Functional fitness paired with mobility flow and focus. We start class honing a movement or theme like carries, compound lifts, core activations, and more to learn and improve strength, skills, and patterns. Then, we apply our skills to “drills,” increasing capacity and endurance (slower than HIIT; still challenging). Finally, we round out with release and slow flow to improve range of motion and mindfully integrate our movements.
This class is for you if you want to carry all the groceries in at the same time, embark on taller or more complex climbs without hesitation, or simply seek to incorporate strength, balance, mobility, and connection to move well for as long as possible.

Injury Prevention & Climbing Fitness Training
Like all physically strenuous activities, if not approached correctly participating in climbing can lead to injuries. This class goes over everything from proper warm up procedure to “passive” injury prevention and basic fitness for climbing training.
