Injury Prevention & Climbing Fitness
This class covers the common themes of climbing related injuries and educates climbers on training methods and best practices for avoiding injury. While injuries are likely to occur at some point for any climber, this class focuses on how to avoid them and strengthen your body, both on and off the wall.
**Note: This injury prevention class is part of the 4-part climbing progression series, but unlike the other 3 classes it is available to anyone, not just members. The cost is $12.00 for non-members.
