There is a very real difference between preparing to execute a technique and reactively executing a technique. As an example, topping out a boulder and preparing for the drop is significantly more different than reaching out for a hold, slipping off, and falling in an ill-prepared manner. Understanding and preparing for these different situations could be the difference between walking away unharmed or sustaining a traumatic injury.
In this workshop, Charles & Nicole Moreland of the Rochester Parkour Gym will show you how to strengthen your ankles, increase your mobility, develop your foot awareness and improve your balance. All to help you gain confidence on the boulder and throughout your daily routine.
This workshop will take place on Sunday, June 16th from 9-10AM. Please get to the gym by 8:45AM to be ready to start at 9.
