Adult Team is ideal for climbers of ALL levels, who want to get stronger, learn a ton, and push their climbing to new levels. Come train with our coaches on Sundays from 8am to 9am. Each week, we focus on different aspects of climbing-technique, body awareness, power, endurance, etc. If you love climbing, getting fit, and meeting new people, Adult Team is perfect for you!
