Roc Community Acro is psyched to host our annual Acro Yoga Valentines Party at our home at Central Rock Gym.
For this special event we’ll take over the expansive, cushioned space in the top-rope area. Our communal play date will include fun group intros and interactives ~ and lots of time to jam! We ask that all participants have at least one Intro to Acro Workshop/Class under their belt so you are familiar with the dynamics, culture, and safety of Acro.
