Our Rec Team is designed for children ages 7-18 who want to take their climbing to the next level. Sessions consist of a brief warm up, climbing drills to hone in on different techniques and build strength, and group workouts. Rec team meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
