Staff Guidance and Support

Our experienced staff will take care of everything, from getting climbers geared up to managing climbing systems and providing guidance along the way. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the experience.

Before You Book

Pricing varies by location. Pricing starts at a base cost for a set number of climbers. Additional participants will add an additional per person cost to the total event price.

A non-refundable deposit will be due at the time the event is booked.

For security purposes, no credit card information is retained from the deposit; meaning the total balance must be paid at the end of the event. Should you have to reschedule your event you may transfer your deposit to a future available day and time.

Field Trips are generally recommended for participants 6 years of age and up.

For field trips at bouldering only facilities, the recommended age varies, so check with your location prior to booking. Some locations may also have additional age requirements.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your event to ensure a prompt start time. Climbing time will not be extended because of a late start.

Required forms should be completed by a parent or guardian before arrival so that there is no delay in starting the field trip.

Climbers should wear comfortable, flexible clothing (yoga pants, leggings, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, etc.) and socks.
