Through breath, movement, and concentration practices, this class can be your playground to cultivate greater awareness, focus, and self-compassion. Here you can find a balance of effort and ease. A restorative and balancing compliment to the sport, consideration is placed on movements that can support your climbing. Class is taught with attention to modifications, making the class suitable for students of all levels and abilities.”
