Fitness classes are Free for Members and $15 for Non-Members. Registration is required. Please book below! If a class is cancelled for unforeseen reasons, those who are booked will be notified via email.
Thursdays: 6 PM – 7 PM
A class designed to strengthen your core, and rebalance the muscles around your joints. Most exercises are conducted on the floor, with mats; the focus is on movement with breath. You will progress into increasingly challenging exercises in order to build flexibility, strength, and endurance. You will feel stronger and more energized. You will tone the muscles that will help prevent injury in sports and daily activities.
