Whether you’re just starting out or looking to break into harder climbing, we’ve put together a series of instructional classes to get you on the path to progression! With four different classes that rotate, each focusing on a different aspect of fundamental climbing technique, we’ll provide you with the skills to climb harder than ever!

- Each week we’ll offer two of six classes which can be taken alone or in series
- For ages 14+
The six classes are divided into two levels, Beginner (around V0-V2) and Intermediate (around V2-V4). You’re welcome to sign up for the classes regardless of your skill or experience level, but the material covered in each class will be primarily geared towards climbers in that class’s grade range.

Beginner – Hold Usage, Sequencing, and Body Positioning
Learn the basics of how to identify different kinds of climbing holds and ways to better utilize them through improved body positioning, move sequencing, and route reading skills. This class is an ideal starting point for newer climbers looking to get oriented and onto the path to progression!
Beginner – Footwork and Balance
Proper footwork can make all the difference! Learn about how footwork affects your balance on the wall, and how to do more with your feet to reduce the strain on your fingers and arms.
Beginner – Injury Prevention and Climbing Fitness (Antagonist Training)
Climbing requires a lot of hard work from your fingers, muscles, and joints. Find out how to avoid injuries and train to climb harder, too!
Intermediate – Movement and Efficiency
Learn the fundamentals of how to move more efficiently through more advanced footwork techniques, better breathing, and dynamic vs. static movement.
Intermediate – Dynamic Climbing
Having trouble reaching that hold? Finding it hard to move quickly? Learn to master your momentum in this class that focuses on all types of dynamic movement from dynos to deadpoints!
Intermediate – Projecting
Projecting is designed to arm you with strategies for conquering climbs that take more than one session to unlock.
