A native New Yorker, our instructor Samantha Nelson knows just how crazy and high-energy city life can be. This Power Vinyasa yoga class focuses on the balance between effort, awareness of self, and breath to help quiet the hustle and bustle of the city outside. Open to any skill level or age, this class will allow you to make it your own; whether you are looking for a powerful lunch-time burn or a soothing exercise in meditiation through movement. We provide you the space to flow, you bring the hard work.
Classes occur on Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30PM. Use the calendar below to sign up!
- $25 per session for non-members. Should class participants wish to climb, a Day Pass add-on is available for $20.
- Free for members.
- Yoga mats will be provided for all participants.
- Participants must have a liability waiver on-file prior to climbing. Waiver can be filled out HERE.
