We are proud to offer Pilates mat classes led by Wendy R.
Wendy’s Pilates Mat class combines traditional Pilates exercises with decades of her own experience with injury prevention and rehab. With a heavy focus on core strength and mobility, students will learn exercises to stabilize and stretch, while working on coordination and aesthetic awareness, ultimately making you a better climber!

- FREE for members
- $25 per session for non-members. Should class participants wish to climb, a Day Pass add-on is available for $20.
- Yoga mats will be provided for all participants.
- Participants must have a liability waiver on-file prior to climbing. Waiver can be filled out HERE.
