Tuesdays: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Our Lifting for Climbers class is designed to introduce climbers to the fundamentals of weightlifting, and how it can be used to enhance someones abilities on the wall and provide a supporting level of fitness. Isabels’ class focuses on Olympic lifting and compound movement, but can also be tailored to provide alternatives for participants that may have injuries or pre-exisiting physiological conditions that limit range of movement.

- $55 for Non-Members – includes access to climbing outside of class time.
The class will follow a four week rotation, starting over on the first Monday of each month. The rotation can be seen in the calendar below.
