Join CRG and the Ladies Climbing Coalition on the first Monday of each month for Ladies Climb Night! These meetings are open to climbers of all skill levels; from first time climbers to those with many years of experience! Come with questions, beta, courage or fear, and we will help you no matter what level you’re at! Plus, who doesn’t love climbing with a crew of lady crushers every month?
All women, nonbinary persons, and anyone who feels comfortable in spaces that center the experience of women are welcome!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, Friday evenings after 6pm the gym welcomes those age 13 and up.
I’m part of an organization that would like to bring a group. Can we all register?
Please contact manhattan@centralrockgym.com with details about your group before registering. This gives us an opportunity to ensure we can accommodate everyone.
Can I stay and climb past 8:30 PM?
