Our very own Lina Siegert brings her extensive personal training experience to bear to deliver this awesome Calisthenics-based fitness class. Those of us who have asked her to “give us a workout” have never been disappointed, and now we are proud to be able to offer her skills to our customers. This workshop will help you use your body to develop the general fitness you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and optimize your climbing performance.
Class times are as follows:
- Tuesdays, 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM, taught by instructor Sara Rodriguez
- Wednesdays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM, taught by instructor Lina Siegert
- Fridays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, taught by instructor Lina Siegert
Payment and enrollment information:
- $25 per session for non-members. Should class participants wish to climb, a Day Pass add-on is available for $20.
- Free for members.
- Participants must have a liability waiver on-file prior to climbing. Waiver can be filled out HERE.
