Our members-only, adult climbing team is designed to give adults the opportunity to work with our Head Instructor to improve climbing and fitness in a group training environment. The team meets on a weekly basis, with practices focusing on improving technique, improving fitness, learning how to train more effectively, and meet and bond with other climbers with a like-minded desire to improve in the sport. The team is recommended for anyone who has completed our Climbing Progression Program, or experienced climbers that have either plateaued or are looking to learn how to progress through the sport as efficiently as possible. Sessions run every Monday from 6:30PM to 8:00PM. The adult team is FREE for members. It is recommended to take all of the climbing progression classes before joining.
