Acro Yoga for BeginnersEvery other Tuesday 7:00-8:30PMInstructor: Brooke & Jacob Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and partner acrobatics. Acroyoga gives us an opportunity to lift up friends and be lifted ourselves. It does not require any more strength or flexibility than what we use in everyday life, but will help build both. Acroyoga offers a great counterpoint to climbing in the muscle groups you will use, while incorporating a similar process of active thinking and problem solving. Acroyoga also an amazing way to connect with new friends through shared success and problem solving. Be prepared to make friends quickly and laugh a lot! Restorative FlowFriday 6:30-7:30PMInstructor: Becky This class combines gentle movement with restorative yoga to help students relax and reset. We will begin with a slow flow, followed by restorative postures, and close with a peaceful savasana. Students can expect to hold poses for longer, allowing for gentle stretching of key muscle groups.
