Acro Yoga for BeginnersEvery other Tuesday 7:00-8:30PMInstructor: Brooke & Jacob Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and partner acrobatics. Acroyoga gives us an opportunity to lift up friends and be lifted ourselves. It does not require any more strength or flexibility than what we use in everyday life, but will help build both. Acroyoga offers a great counterpoint to climbing in the muscle groups you will use, while incorporating a similar process of active thinking and problem solving. Acroyoga also an amazing way to connect with new friends through shared success and problem solving. Be prepared to make friends quickly and laugh a lot! Power YogaThursday 6-7PMInstructor: Max Power flow is a carefully curated sequence of approachable postures that helps us access full-body strength, build heat, and cultivate focus. This class features diverse pacing, playful exercises, and energetic music to get us into our bodies and moving as a community. The unique dichotomy of vigorous flowing sequences and extended holds of opening postures challenges us both physically and mentally - raising our heart rates one moment then encouraging us to embrace stillness the next.
