Pat Donohoe
Coach Pat brings decades of experience in strength and performance training. After discovering climbing, Pat developed a specialized focus on the sport, drawn to its unique blend of physical and mental challenge. Pat works with athletes of all levels, from beginners to elite climbers, helping each individual train with purpose and progression.
Pat is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a Functional Movement Screen Level 2 certification. Pat is also a Level 2 Kettlebell and Bodyweight Instructor through StrongFirst, a Level 2 Coach with USA Climbing, and a Level 3 Instructor with the Climbing Wall Association, along with a C4HP Level 1 certification. In addition, Pat serves as Head Coach of CRG Hadley’s Youth Competitive, Youth Recreational, and Adult Recreational Teams.
Pat provides coaching in barbell training, kettlebells, calisthenics, mobility, cardiovascular conditioning, weight management, and climbing-specific programming. Services include individualized training plans, movement analysis, structured workouts, projecting strategy, hangboarding protocols, warm-up and cool-down guidance, and injury prevention, with specialization in endurance, strength, power, balance, and coordination.

With a passion for inspiring self-improvement and overall well-being, Coach Leo creates fun, engaging fitness experiences that keep clients motivated and consistent.
Specializing in muscle building, fat loss, body recomposition, and total wellness, Coach Leo designs simple, effective programs tailored to each client’s goals. His philosophy centers on making exercise something clients genuinely look forward to each week—because consistency becomes easy when training is enjoyable.
Understanding that starting a fitness journey can feel intimidating, Coach Leo breaks everything down into clear, manageable steps, making workouts approachable, structured, and easy to follow.
Outside of coaching, he enjoys boxing, basketball, and spending quality time with family and friends.
