Reach new heights with our year-round Adaptive Rock Climbing Program. This program is open to both beginners and experienced climbers with physical disabilities. Participants can build confidence, learn new skills, and enjoy an active, supportive environment. Sessions are 90 minutes long and require registration at least one week in advance. Adaptive climbing equipment is available at no cost. Some upper-body strength is required.
Whether you’re climbing for the first time or have years of experience, this program offers a fun way to challenge yourself and connect with other adaptive climbers. Trained volunteers provide belay support, guidance, and encouragement throughout each session. All skill levels are welcome. Advance registration helps us prepare the right volunteer support and adaptive climbing systems. We encourage independence, but participants who need one-on-one assistance should bring a support person to help our staff.
The Center for Human Development’s All In Barrier Free Recreation Program runs CRG Hadley’s Adaptive Climbing Club. If you have not done so, please register online with CHD first.
