Learn to belay so that you and your climbing partner(s) can climb in the facility without the need of our staff. This class typically takes an hour to an hour and thirty minutes, and teaches knots, the belay process, and safety procedures at the gym. Reservations are required.
This basic technique clinic is great for anyone who would like to pick up some technique tips to improve their climbing. This one-hour clinic focuses on the demonstration of basic footwork, hold identification, and movements to help you become more aware of your body and balance, thus helping you to climb more efficiently.

Learn to take your climbing to the next level with this women’s clinic, which aims at getting more women interested in excelling their climbing abilities through exercises and tips from a woman, for women. This class is offered monthly and is free for members!
Group Training for Climbing is a program designed for those who are climbing at least V4 or 5.10 and are looking to take their climbing to the next level. In this weekly program you will learn and practice new training techniques and exercises that can be applied to your regular climbing routine.
Conquering all those top-ropes in the gym and ready for a new challenge? Learn how to lead belay and climb which, in short, is a more advanced style of climbing that involves clipping your rope into gear on the wall, and in essence, placing your own protection as you climb up the wall.
