Sara McFadden
Sara is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer who loves to help people move more, move better, and get (really) strong. As a long time climber she understands the unique demands of the sport and how to use the weight room to best support climbing performance. She is excited to work with all types of bodies, whether climber/athlete or not, including (but not limited to!) disabled, fat, queer, and trans individuals.
Personal training sessions are built around a client’s individual goals. To reach these goals we will use any combination of barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, or bodyweight exercises with an emphasis on quality movement and proper form.

Pat is a firm believer in minimalist training, keeping workouts and programming simple, using the least amount of equipment(or none at all) and having a simple easy to follow structure. Beyond climbing, if your goals are to learn to kettlebell snatch, increase your deadlift, do a front lever, increase your balance, mobility, lose a few pounds or just add some(or any) structure to your exercise routine regardless of your current fitness level.
He has an extensive knowledge and experience with Traditional Barbell lifting, Kettlebells, Calisthenics, Mobility Exercises, Cardiovascular Training and Weight Management & General Fitness.
