Climbing is about the balance and economy of movement. This class covers the basics of climbing movement as it changes over varying terrain. Taking this class will give you a strong foundation of understanding with respect to movement initiation and direction of movement.
Offered on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, this class will typically last about one hour.
Registration is required.
Climber must already be certified to top rope belay.
