CARDIO AND CORE
This class will heavily focus on building up your cardiovascular system while strengthening your overall foundation. Expect a variety of exercises, from sit ups and planks to crawling and jumping! The format of this class will utilize both the fitness room AND the outdoor space we have available to us, so dress appropriately! If the weather doesn’t look good we will still have class but instead we will be all indoors and focus more on core and foundational exercises rather than heavy breathing exercises.

Weight Room Reservations
Reserve 1 of 6 spaces in our Fitness Room for your own personal use. Available from 10am-11am Mondays. Brian will greet you at the beginning of your timeslot with an optional W.O.D
