This class covers the common themes of climbing related injuries and educates climbers on training methods and best practices for avoiding injury. While injuries are likely to occur at some point for any climber, this class focuses on how to avoid them and strengthen your body, both on and off the wall.
Offered on the third Monday of each month, this class will typically last about one hour.
Registration is required.
Climber must already be certified to top rope belay.
