Yin YogaFriday 5:30-6:30pmInstructor: Abraham Class based on Yin Yoga principles. Find an appropriate edge, stillness, and hold the position. Practice works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses, while releasing the pose both gently and slowly. Practicing Yin improves flexibility, calmness, and balances the mind and body, while encouraging deeper relaxation. Yin targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s slower and more meditative, providing space to turn inward and tune into both our mind and the physical sensations of our body. Starting December 22nd! Location: Yoga room ![]() |
