Before submitting your fundraiser request, please review the guidelines below. These help us make sure each fundraiser is easy to schedule, easy to track, and a good fit for Central Rock Gym.
Organization Eligibility
Central Rock Gym fundraisers are intended for community-focused organizations, including schools, PTAs/PTOs, school booster clubs, student groups, youth sports teams, scout troops, nonprofits, community groups, and similar organizations.
Unless the fundraiser is for a school, PTA/PTO, school booster club, or other approved school-affiliated group, fundraiser proceeds must be payable to a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Central Rock Gym may request documentation to confirm nonprofit status before approving a fundraiser or issuing a donation.
Fundraisers are not intended for:
- Individual fundraising efforts, including personal expenses, scholarships, stipends, or medical costs
- For-profit businesses, startups, or commercial ventures
- Political campaigns, lobbying efforts, or partisan organizations
- Religious activities, mission trips, or groups fundraising specifically for religious purposes
- Individual travel, study, research, competition, or personal fundraising goals
- Any request that does not align with Central Rock Gym’s community-focused fundraiser program
Fundraiser Guidelines
- Fundraisers must be approved in advance and require at least three weeks’ notice.
- If approved, Central Rock Gym will confirm the fundraiser location, date, and scheduled time window.
- Your organization is responsible for promoting the fundraiser and inviting supporters to attend.
- Central Rock Gym will provide a Fundraiser Promo Kit to help your organization spread the word.
- Your organization does not need to provide staff or volunteers to work the fundraiser, but supporters must identify your fundraiser at check-in for their purchase to count.
- Supporters must visit the approved Central Rock Gym location during the scheduled fundraiser window.
- Supporters must tell the front desk they are there for your fundraiser before purchasing their day pass.
- Your organization earns 40% of eligible day pass sales, excluding tax.
- The more eligible supporters your organization brings in, the more your group can raise.
- Sales outside the approved fundraiser date, time, or location will not count toward the donation total.
- Fundraisers are subject to availability and may vary by location.
- Central Rock Gym may not be able to approve every request.
Rescheduling
If your organization needs to reschedule, please contact your local Central Rock Gym as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not always be possible once your fundraiser has been approved or promotional materials have been shared.

If approved, your organization may be required to provide a completed W-9, nonprofit documentation, and a confirmed mailing address before a donation check can be issued.
Unless the fundraiser is for a school, PTA/PTO, school booster club, or other approved school-affiliated group, the donation check must be made payable to a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
