This is a traditional strength and conditioning class geared toward building a solid fitness base and focused on teaching and maintaining proper technique. All experience and fitness levels are welcome. The typical class will include:
- A dynamic general warm-up.
- A workout description and detailed lesson on form and technique.
- A workout centered on strength, conditioning, or both.
- A cool down focused on flexibility and mobility.

- $12 drop-in rate.
- Be on time.
- 16 or older.
